Harinya’s product development process is adopted based on Agile approach and concepts. The PDLC starts with Requirements Gathering phase where a detailed analysis is being taken place with prototypes/wireframes and requirements analysis understanding document is shared with the client for review. Once approved, a project plan with time and cost estimates along with a high level design documents are prepared and shared with the client for review.
If these documents are approved, (if not approved, the proposal will go to project shelve), a project initiation document is prepared and the implementation of prototypes phase started. These prototypes will then shared with the client for review. After client review the prototypes and given approval, the requirements are checked for the readiness for pilot. If ready, (if not ready, the requirements are checked for the continuity, if yes, prototypes revised, if not, proposal will go the project shelve) the requirements will be taken to pilot implementation phase and the pilot will be shared with the client for review.
If client approved the pilot, the requirements are again checked for the readiness for production. If ready, (if not ready, the requirements are checked for the continuity, if yes, pilot refined, if not, proposal will go to project shelve) a production implementation plan will be prepared and the operational parameters will be reviewed and then the project will be handed over to operations for the actual product development.
